Exchange and Refund

Upon receipt of the parcel, be sure to open and check the item.

1. Complains on the order are accepted no later than 3 days from the date of receipt.

2. To make a refund, contact us in a convenient way.

3. If for some just reasons the item purchased from us in the store does not suit you, you can return it to us or exchange it for another one! This must be done within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The return or exchange is carried out only if the integrity of the labels on the product and its presentation is preserved.

* all transportation costs for the return of items of proper quality are on you.

* all transportation costs for the return of items of inadequate quality will be compensated only when the return is sent by Russian Post.

4. The return of the goods is possible only if its consumer properties and presentation are preserved (no traces of use and wear, the presence of original and undamaged packaging and labels).

In case of non-compliance with these requirements, our store employees have the right to refuse you a refund.

5. A slight difference in the shade on the website and in life is not a manufacturing defect.

6. We will refund you the cost of the items by wire transfer to the card within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the items to our warehouse.

The refund will be made only if the conditions of the refund are met.

If the return does not meet the above requirements, the parcel will be returned to the sender.

7. In case of a refund, the funds are returned to the same card with which the order was paid.

8. If for any reason you refuse to send the order before it is received, we ask you to pay the delivery cost of 300 rubles (paragraph 3 of Article 497 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

9. If it is impossible to accept the order within the time specified by the transport company, the buyer is obliged to notify our Online-shop at least 3 days before the expiration date of the parcel storage.

If the free storage period expires, the return shipment of the order is on you.
